4. Accounts and Registration

To post or communicate, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, and any required business details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Car Trader reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

5. Dealer and Premium Accounts

Car Trader offers premium memberships and dealer plans that provide additional features, including higher listing limits, business profiles, verified badges, and promotional visibility.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Paid Reports and Purchases

Car Trader may offer third-party vehicle history reports (such as CarFax) or other paid services.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Users are responsible for verifying VIN accuracy before ordering any report.

7. Posting and User Content

Users may post vehicle listings, photos, business logos, and other content. By uploading or submitting any content, you grant Car Trader a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content within the Platform.

You agree not to post:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Content that violates any third-party rights or laws.
• Inappropriate, offensive, or prohibited material.

Car Trader reserves the right to edit, remove, or disable content that violates these rules.

8. Dealer Information and Verification

Dealers who register must provide accurate business details, including dealer license numbers, business address, and contact information. Car Trader may verify this information before granting or maintaining dealer privileges.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect information such as name, email, phone, location, and business details to operate our services effectively.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, software, and design elements on the Platform are owned or licensed by Car Trader Technologies Corp and are protected under U.S. and Canadian copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions and paid features are billed according to the plan selected. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

12. Disclaimers

• Car Trader acts solely as a marketplace for buyers and sellers.
  
• We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicles listed on the Platform.
  
• All transactions occur directly between users.
  
• Car Trader is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, seller representations, or third-party reports.
  

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Trader Technologies Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Car Trader.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.

16. Modifications

Car Trader may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and mobile app, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
